How to Connect to a VDS on an iOS Device?

After placing the service order and successfully making the payment, the service setup will start automatically. This process can take up to 15 minutes. Once completed, you will receive a server activation email at the address provided during the order. This email will contain all the necessary information needed to access the server.

To access the virtual server from an iOS device, follow these steps:

Step 1

Download the “Windows App” from the App Store.

Step 2

Once the installation is complete, open the app and click the “+” icon at the top to add a remote computer. Then select “PC.”

Step 3

In the “PC Name” field, enter the IP address of the virtual server that you received in the activation email.

After entering the IP address, click the “Credentials” field and select “Add Credentials.”

Step 4

Enter the server’s username and password. You received these details in the server activation email. Once entered, click “Save.”

Important – Double-check that you have correctly copied the details from the email. There is a higher chance of error here, and incorrect data will prevent you from connecting to the server.

Step 5

Click “Save” again, and your virtual server will be added to the list of connections. Click on it to initiate the connection.

Step 6

If everything is done correctly, a new window will open, displaying your virtual server’s desktop.
